Amazing Oatmeal Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookies

I came across this recipes a few weeks ago at work, my good friend Michelle has Celiac disease and that means that she can not have any gluten, well her wonderful client had made these cookies for her and she could not eat them so being the good friend that i am i helped her out and ate them for her. It was so amazing that i had to ask for the recipe as she was telling me what was in it i couldn't help but think that i was over my head on this one. After she left i turned to Michelle in amazement because her client told me the recipe off the top of her head, if that was me i would have left something out. Well that night i went home and decoded what i had wrote down and than started to make them, it went together so easy and it made good size cookie. i was very impressed by my baking skills that night i dont know if it was the lack of sleep or the will to be like Paula Deen but it was a good baking night in our house that night.
